If you’ve changed your mind after ordering from us, we do accept returns - with some conditions:

- For hygienic reasons, this product is not refundable or exhangeable once used.

- The item you're returning must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing us at enquiries@theluminouswand.com

- Return postage costs will be at your expense. 

Once we receive the return we’ll inspect the item/s to ensure they’re unused, there’s no damage, and you have provided us with all original packaging.

If the item meets this criteria, the refund will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase within 10 business days.

The Luminous Wand has One Year Warranty. This only applies if a problem occurs during normal use (e.g. broken).

We’ll happily help to facilitate an exchange.

Please note: 

-If the item is faulty, you must lodge a request by sending an email to our Customer Service Team via enquiries@theluminouswand.com.

- Send us a photo/video of the fault/issue and a proof of purchase.

- As it is free shipping upon purchase, the return postage cost will be at your expense.

- Once we receive the return we’ll inspect the item/s and if we are satisfied of the fault, we'll let you know and organise for a new replacement to be sent within 20 business days.
